You do not need to be based in or even near our location yourself to use the service (we have clients worldwide). The full address will be released to you when you sign-up (we do this to prevent unauthorised use).

Our service is available to receive post for individuals, businesses, and companies worldwide. The address we provide may be used to receive post for any lawful purpose from any person, business, or organisation anywhere in the world.

We can accept letters, parcels and packages, including any deliveries that need to be signed for. We just ask that items aren’t excessive in weight and size. Parcels and packages must not contain any items prohibited or restricted by Royal Mail or under UK law.

You must ensure that when you give out your new address, it is clear to anyone writing to you that they should include either your name or business name (or both) on the envelope. You must also inform us of any mailing names you intend to use so that post received can be matched to your account.

As standard, our packages allow one (1) mailing names. If you require more than 1 name, you can purchase additional mailing names at a cost of £4.99 each per month. To add additional mailing names, please contact us.

We’ll handle your post exactly as you’ve instructed us to. You can specify how you would like us to handle your post during the sign-up process. If you need to change these instructions at any point, just contact us.

We aim to give you a flexible, convenient way to manage your post – in a way that works for you. You can choose to have your post: Forwarded to you (UK or internationally) Scanned + emailed Held for collection or until further notice You can update your mail handling preferences at any time by contacting us.

Yes, you can collect your post from our UK offices – by appointment only. We don’t accept unannounced visitors, so if you’d like to collect your post in person, please email us to arrange an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. You’ll also need to bring valid photo ID. This helps us ensure we’re only handing out post to the correct recipient. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your post from many local Post Offices in the UK using the Poste Restante service, which may be more convenient depending on your location.

If you’ve opted to have your post forwarded, it will typically take 1-2 working days to be received from when it left our offices. International residents will normally receive post between 3-7 working days from when it left our offices. If you’ve opted for Scan + Email, we aim to do this within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends) of receiving it at our offices.

Yes, you may use our London address as your company’s Registered Office and/or Directors’ Service Address with Companies House. It meets all regulatory requirements, ensures your business remains compliant, and enhances your professional image while keeping your home address private and off the public record. We will receive and manage your official post securely, in line with your chosen preferences. This service is available at an additional cost of £5 per month on the monthly plan or £50 per year on the annual plan.

As standard we’ll filter out any obvious junk mail. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to tell. However, you may register with the Mail Preference Service (MPS) which should help reduce/stop unsolicited mail.

Yes. You can start using the address immediately upon signing-up, but before we can release any post received to you, you’ll need to complete verification which involves providing your ID. We have to verify clients using our services to meet our legal obligations. This is secure and we’ve made it quick and easy.

If you no longer require our service and wish to cancel, please contact us. Your account will be terminated and post returned to sender at the end of the current period.

If you need to receive post in more than 2 names, the cost per additional mailing name is £4.99/month.

We can forward your post to you anywhere in the world. Your post is consolidated into a single package and sent at your preferred frequency, usually weekly or monthly. You only pay the cost of postage – either Royal Mail standard rates or your chosen courier + an inclusive handling and packaging fee equal to the postage cost.

With your permission, we can open your post and scan + email the contents to you. Ideal for viewing and reading your mail on the go! We charge 80p/page. Once your post has been scanned and emailed, we can either hold the originals, forward them to you, or securely destroy them at no extra cost.

For as long as you maintain an active account with us, we can hold your post at no additional charge until further notice, provided the total stored mail does not exceed 1kg. Mail stored in excess of 1kg is charged at £5/week per additional 1kg.

You can collect your post in person from our UK offices at no extra charge. To arrange a collection, please email us to book an appointment. We require at least 24 hours’ notice and you’ll need to bring valid photo ID with you.

We can accept parcels/packages on your behalf and forward them on. We define a parcel as any item weighing over 1kg. We charge £2.50/parcel + mail forwarding costs. If you wish, we can consolidate your parcels/packages before sending to save on postage. If you require us to hold it for more than a week, storage is £5/week.
